1st level resolution for system application, technical & infrastructure team before further escalation.
Executes and monitors EOD batch of multi-environment (Production, UAT, SIT and DR-when required) on a multi-platform environment of multi-application for retail & investment banking modules.
Ensure and monitor all systems backup end of day and security backup are completed.
Provide operational support during and after office hour for production, development and DR
Liaise with Visa & MasterCard and authorization department (when required)
Liaise with Bursa and any other trading houses (when required)
Problem escalation process to Helpdesk, Application Support, Technical Support and Incident Manager for any EOD related incidents
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Able to multi-task by executing multi EODs for Production and non-Production environment via multiple platforms
Hands-on experience on AS400, Zena Workstation & Scheduler, Unix, Windows
Knowledge on banking credit card module & flow with interface for VISA & MasterCard with their cutoff time & stand-in procedures
Knowledge on investment banking flow and interfaces with Bursa, Philips, N2N via e-FIX
Education and Experience:
At least a minimum of Diploma from a recognized education institution
At least 2 (two) years experience as a DC Operator for a financial institution

Able to work on shifts. Working pattern is a 12-hours shift (9am-9pm and 9pm-9am)
