Analyze after-sales data to generate actionable insights and decisions.- Track product defective rates, team performance, and product issues using serial numbers.
Utilize big data to forecast upcoming parts procurement and trends in after-sales services.
Prepare comprehensive reports for brand owners on high-defective products with accurate data presentation.
- Create visual and detailed reports to communicate findings effectively.
Use data analysis to predict trends in after-sales services and recommend strategies for improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP is a must).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva for data presentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
