Position : Data Analyst

• Provide visualisations and insights using hypothesis-driven approach, focusing on the following core key business units, namely, Management, Product, Marketing, Sales & Business Development, Loyalty & Finance.
• Assist Data Scientists to develop AI or Machine Learning models to utilize big data to facilitate MLM (Merchant Life Cycle Management), automate processes and create a data-driven culture across the organization.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in performing Analyst role in building dashboards & reporting in Financial/Fintech or Telecommunications sector.
• Preference for candidates from the Telecommunications, Data Analytics or Financial/Fintech sector
• Machine Learning or AI basic understanding is required
• Advanced level in computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Fluent competency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to varying audience levels and form a view.
• Experience in handling large data sets that may or may not be fully sanitized.
• Prior experience in Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI or other data analytical & visualization tools.
• Robust and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the P&L and business planning process, with sound financial/accounting fundamentals.
