We are looking for a Data Analyst (marketing) who is driven to accelerate and enable sustainable business growth for StashAway. This role is pivotal in shaping marketing strategies and improving customer engagement across the APAC and MENA markets. Your role will involve optimising channel and campaign performance, focusing on marketing analytics, and working closely with internal stakeholders to translate insights into strategic actions within the APAC and MENA markets.

Responsibilities
- Analyse marketing data to identify growth opportunities, focusing on churn analysis and customer acquisition.
- Develop strategies for customer reconquering and retention, and help the CRM team execute inbound marketing tactics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing channels and campaign performance, linking marketing levers to channel optimization.
- Collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence teams to extract and analyse relevant data, building and maintaining attribution models.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to execute A/B tests, optimise web experiences, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
- Leverage data visualisation tools to create dashboards for performance monitoring and self-service insights.
- Build data marts to organise data into logical and easy to use tables for BI and other teams to easily extract insights or build on (foundational to the company's data product / self-service analytics) (includes steps such as data cleaning).
- Provide actionable recommendations and insights to solve business problems and inform senior leadership on marketing strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
Requirements
- A degree with high grades in a relevant business discipline, e.g. Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
- Well-versed in SQL and have at least 3 years of relevant experience using SQL.
- Demonstrating advanced proficiency and the ability to use data structuring and visualisation tools, with a particular emphasis on Metabase. Familiarity with additional tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in utilising a diverse array of marketing analytics tools, with a strong focus on analysing and capturing data from various marketing platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, characterised by a systematic approach to structuring complex problems and evaluating potential solutions.
- Outstanding analytical skills, with a proven track record of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A self-starter with good business acumen, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various levels.
