What You'll Do
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organising data from various sources
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Assist in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve business processes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data analysis and interpretation
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
- Final year diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analyst, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate experience with SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
