Your role as Data Analyst Intern in Commercial Department is crucial to our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our daily operations.

As a Coca-Cola Intern,

You will:

• Support the commercial team on regular updates on business performance, which includes daily, weekly, monthly sales and execution reports
• Support the commercial planning and sales team on
• Promotion strategies and post promotion evaluation
• Business reviews to be the sales team's sparring partner
• Ad hoc analyses synthesizing information from multiple sources to meaningful insights, and convey the message through clear visualization
• Support the leadership team on reporting and analyses, such as monthly BIG closing reports, BP, ad hoc analyses.
• Support Singapore team on monthly incentive target setting, result tabulation and submission for payroll.
• Work closely with other functions (e.g. CDE, RTM, Finance, Sales) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Continuously effort to improve reporting efficiency and relevance, e.g. report automation, refreshing reports to reflect relevant metrics according to business needs.

Qualifications

You will need to:

- Have a degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing or related field. (ongoing / completed)

-Attention to detail.

-Ability to identify trends / correlations from large and complicated datasets.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Able to learn fast in a dynamic environment.

-Excellent in computer skill, such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI.
