Job Opportunity: Engineering Assistant & Data Analyst (Contract)

Location: Penang (Fully Onsite)

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a dynamic Engineering Assistant & Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This position requires a daily onsite presence and is a replacement role for a recent resignation.

Responsibilities:

Manage and replenish department inventory.

Maintain and improve existing reports, programs, and collaboration portals.

Monitor and ensure all expenses remain within the allocated budget.

Collect, clean, analyze, and summarize data trends to prepare engineering reports.

Create visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel Design.

Maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, and dashboards to identify KPIs and support business decisions.

Coordinate administrative programs to support new facilities operations startup and readiness.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with analytical tools (e.g., Birst, Tableau, QlikView, Business Objects, Microsoft BI).

Solid understanding of data modeling techniques.

Exceptional communication skills.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams across functions and levels.

Experience Level: 01 year.
