Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of data management and analytics application.
Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.
Conduct business meetings with customers to determine project requirements and
milestones.
Compare operational progress against planned project objectives and suggest corrective actions for variances.
Review the project information to identify the risks and opportunities and present it to the key leaders.
Develop best practices to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Develop positive working relationships with customers and other department staff.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Qualification / Experience / Skill Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related.
Preferably with 2 more years of analytics/BI experience.
Experience in any of the following products will be an advantage: IBM DataStage, IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau BI Tool, Talend ETL Tool, SSIS.
Manage customer communications for project support, AND project support services revenue.
Manage technology partner communications for technology updates and improvements.
Assist in solution & technology Pre-Sales for POCs, presentation & demos
