Job Description
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support our business objectives. You will work closely with various departments, including product development, sales, and HR, to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
Define and maintain data visualizations, guidelines, standards and align your vision with the product team and other developers.
Create, document and maintain data dictionaries, data user guides and data product requirements
Participate in customer reviews to explain trends from data sources and identify opportunities for improvements.
Provide data trainings to internal and external stakeholders
Create SQL & python code that meets our coding standards.
Actively participate in design decisions to keep our platform future proof
Collaborate closely with our infrastructure, product and integration teams.
Automate and streamline data requests for reporting and product needs
Job Requirements
You have at least three years of experience using quantitative analysis to generate insights, and drive business decisions.
Clear and concise communication, able to convey complex business logic, and analytical recommendations in an international business environment.
Deep understanding of SQL and track record of writing complex queries.
Experience with Data Visualization Tools (E.g. Notebooks, Qlik, Looker, Tableau, Metabase)
Good understanding of data ingestion methodologies
Experience in working in co-located Agile teams is a plus
