The Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. They are responsible for analysing requirements, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
The Cybersecurity Solution Architect will be a key player in the sales process, working closely with the sales team to understand client needs, articulate our cybersecurity solutions, and help close deals. This role involves engaging with prospects, conducting technical demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and addressing technical queries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and a knack for understanding client requirements.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process.
- Understand client requirements and business challenges to tailor cybersecurity solutions to their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.- Develop and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations that address specific client needs and use cases.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on cybersecurity solutions, helping clients understand how our products fit into their existing infrastructure.
- Assist in the creation of detailed technical proposals and statements of work.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).- Provide technical content for proposals, including architecture diagrams, solution descriptions, and implementation strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within prospective client organizations.- Address and resolve any technical objections or concerns raised by potential clients.
Collaborate and manage partner/vendor
Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or any equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security architecture and solution design.
Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying security solutions in complex IT environments.- Able to present and explain solutions clearly to customers
