Job Purpose Serves as an IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Privilege Access Management (PAM) systems, IT Access Management and Governance, and Compliance Reporting on the IT Life-Cycle management for Identity Access and Privileged Identity Access Management domains.
To constantly adhere, practice and ensuring that governance of the service performance of the company Identity and Access Management (IAM) team BAU Operations are within service level agreed between IT and Business Users, including the continuity of the business to ensure service level are met and comply to stipulated process.
Serves as SME on Identity, Privileged Identity, Access Governance and its Life-Cycle management including overall account/user master data controls, to ensure constant adherence and compliance with IT general controls, policies, procedures and IT Security best practices.
Respond, document and resolving related high severity IAM related Incidents and escalation in timely manner. Also responsible to ensure any IAM related access requests and escalations are handled appropriately within the stipulated timeframes.
Conduct root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical repetitive IAM PAM issues and recommend enhancement procedures and controls for future problem preventions.
Support PAM operational matters, technical and governance aspects for overall IAM BAU operations and scope of duty.
Ensure the IAM BAU access requests/recertification handling are up-to-par with organizations policies, procedures and expectations.
Continuously review, develop and implement improvements to IAM IT Security and Governance controls and update processes based on findings as well as proactively collaborating with internal and external auditors to identify any possible IAM service enhancement/improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance to company Standard practices and management with regulatory guidelines and corporate policy and procedures.
Facilitate IAM Service Reporting readiness and preparations of all weekly / monthly IAM operational reporting data with necessary reference materials, ensuring IDM Dashboard and Metrics are updated on timely basis and provide management value add information.
Ensure IAM knowledge and process documents repository are up-to-date and suggest enhancements if applicable.
Assist with new IAM tools development and deployments as part of overall enhancement/service improvements for IDM BAU.
Support ad-hoc tasks/project related to IAM based on business requirements.
Liaise with System Owners, Business Unit leads, end users and support teams for project/ initiatives related to User and Privileged Identity management.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
A combination of education and/or experience equivalent to an undergraduate degree in IT plus work experience of at least 1-3 years associated with IAM/Identity Management related Technical services and IT service management experience.
Solid understanding of IT business flows and how various systems interact with one another.
ITIL, RACI, Identity Management, Privileged Access Management and IT Recertification tools (e.g. common SSO, IBM SVG, SailPoint, CyberArk, MasterSAM, etc) knowledge / experience is an added advantage.
IT Infrastructure basic knowledge (servers, network devices, web applications, Cloud computing, etc) is also an added advantage.
