Job Title: Cyber Security Consultant
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- As a cyber security specialist, you will provide level 2 support for email security by managing domain permissions, analyzing phishing or spam emails, and monitoring security tickets and quarantine alerts.
- You will conduct daily checks on Microsoft services and prepare monthly performance reports on email activities.
- You will update and adjust email security policies, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, and content filters, to meet user needs.
- You will collaborate with third parties, DNS teams, and Microsoft support to resolve advanced email security issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 36 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on email security solutions.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, cloud security, and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in Chinese language is required to manage customers across China or Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
