Vacancy : Customer Service - English Speaker

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor.

Base Salary: RM 2000 + Night Shift allowances RM 300

Department - Inbound Working Hours - Rotational ShiftStart

Date - Batches starting on 3rd, 17th & 24th July

Headcounts - 45 Fresher or Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is required

Responsibilities

Handling all inbound calls and live chat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.

To exceed customers expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.

Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports.

• Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above

Required language(s): English and/or Bahasa Melayu

Fresher or Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply Full Training Provided
