Why does this job exist and why is it critical

This role will be responsible forr Campaign Planning of ARPU/ARPA growth of Maxis Postpaid customer by upselling of products and services as well as managing customer migration for both upwards and downward movement.

What are you accountable for

  • To grow ARPA by developing campaign that will encourage new supplementary line activation as well as upselling to Converge products
  • To grow ARPU by developing campaign to encourage the take up of new products and services
  • To continue enhancements of current direct marketing platform by enriching it with value escalators ensuring the right customer receives the right products with the right channel and at the right time
  • Define marketing communication needsfor all the developed campaigns
  • Manage all the operational functions required for each campaign
  • Work closely with other teams within marketing and other functions which their contribution is critical to end result of the job holder's activities - marketing communication and rewards and partnership teams, value chain, IT, finance, sales and customer care, customer management

What do you need to have for this role

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 4 year(s) of combined working experience in telco or marketing campaign
  • Possess strong data analysis skills
  • In-depth understanding of general consumer purchase behaviors to be able to identify opportunities for upselling
