Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses via email or chat.
  • Assist customers with product information and general support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
