Job Responsibility
- Attend to customers queries professionally, timely, and in an accurate way on the E-Commerce platforms.
- Provide feedback to the customers comments and complaints.
- Identify and analyze customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Update our databases on any issues and feedback received from customers.
- Ensure all the materials for courier and delivery of goods are ready and liaise with the Admin officer for necessary arrangements.
- Manage returns of orders.
- Perform any other task as and when required by the Management.
Job Requirements
The Customer Support Officer (E-Commerce) is responsible for resolving online shopper's queries, recommending solutions, and guiding the customers through features and functionalities.
Working hours: 12.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Working days: 6 days per week
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
