- Handle inbound calls and emails relating enquiries and complain.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.

REQUIREMENT

1 TYPING SPEED 36 WPM

2 ABLE TO WORK WEEK END AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY

3 ABLE TO WORK ROTATING SHIFT

4 ABLE TO WORK UNDER PREASSURE

WORKING LOCATION MEDINI NUSAJAYA JOHOR

Free Shuttle Van service, 9 Pickup point:24HOURS
- Larkin , Permas area, Kipmart Tampoi, Shell Sri Skudai, City Square area, Aeon Taman Universiti, Petronas Gelang Patah, Nusa Height Gelang Patah & Alliance Bank Bukit Indah.
