Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features and benefits, persuading prospects to make purchasing decisions.
  • Close sales deals and achieve sales targets set by management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or live chat.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured and communicated to relevant departments.
Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and payment reminders as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, staying updated on features, pricing, and promotional offers.
Educate customers on product specifications, usage, and benefits, guiding them towards suitable purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and closed deals, using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Prepare sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback from customers to internal teams, contributing to product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer support roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs and challenges.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
