We are currently seeking a Customer Support who is fluent in Malay, English to join our team. As a Customer Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our valued customers regarding the status of their delivery and address any related issues they may encounter.
  • Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their parcel delivery status and related inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers in Malay, English, and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
Provide prompt and accurate information to customers about their orders, including tracking details, estimated delivery times, and any potential delays or issues.
  • Proactively follow up with service providers and relevant departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively in the customer support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and billing, to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer support function.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Any ad-hoc tasks.
  • Qualifications:
Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and effectively address their concerns.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
