Designation-Advisor/Teammate ONLINE SOCIAL MEDIA Support to Hong Kong market -
Job Req- Voice, Chat, and Email Support
WORK FROM OFFICE ONLYLanguage-Cantonese and B2 English/Mandarin (Chinese Race Pref)
Nationality- Malaysian (that can Speak in fluent Cantonese or Mandarin and English, as staff will support HongKong Market
-Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
English is required for due to HK English speakers, there will be english interview
Location- Vertical Corporate , Bangsar South City, 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
Work Time-24/7, 5 days per week, 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day
(earliest 6am to 4pm, latest 11pm to 8am, every one hour there will be a shift
night shift last 1 month, for now mainly noon and afternoon shift)
JOB DETAIL- As a Teammate/CS you must:
Provide customer satisfaction and experience
Meet and exceed client mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
Participate in training to improve work performance
Is willing to work on shifting schedules
Is willing to work on-site
No working experience required
Able to speak in Cantonese. This is required as Teammates will provide support for Hong Kong customers.
Has strong verbal, written & comprehension skills
Is computer literate and proficient to use Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office & Google applications
Meets the typing requirement (30WPM for Voice)
