We are looking for a Customer Support Admin to join us!Monday to Saturday 08:30 - 17:00

Job Responsibilities:- Dealing with Customer (Dealer / End user / Contractor) on product defect.
Dealing with branches for customer complaint.
- Preparing documentation for claim process.
Taking feedback from the customers.- Coordinate with warehouse operation on the delivery of part.
Compile defect report and obtaining approval from HOD / higher level superior to finalize defect issues before proceed with claim process.
- Purchase spare part related to installation work and part replacement.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or product claim process.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Possess own transport.
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
