We are hiring for a driven Customer Success Manager to join our Account Management team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers as well as growing out an assigned client portfolio.

Responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager in our Account Management team include:

• Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
• Driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling
• Becoming a product expert and advocate, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients
• Ensuring client satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and resolving issues
• Gathering and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize our offerings

As an experienced Customer Success Manager, you would have:

• At least 4 years of experience in customer success, business development, consulting or sales-related role
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• Strong understanding of data and analytics solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations

Experience in navigating government relationships as well as working in a highly regulated industry would attract us to your profile.
