Customer Success Manager Branding to join our client's team in
Malaysia.
Pay Rate:$14 to $16/hour
Essential Requirements: (Advertising)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Technically savvy in development (Wordpress, Shopify, Hubspot Automation etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player and leader.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and frequent priority changes.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experienced CSM:Minimum 4 years of client management and technical experience.
- Wordpress / Shopify Expert:Skilled in both CMS as well as any other automation/digital tools.
- Data-Driven:Strong QA, Analytical on website UI/UX as well as various web-related requirements.
- Relationship Builder:Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Problem-Solver:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle challenges.
