As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Customer Success Manager to ensure that our clients have exceptional experience with our product and service. This internship program offers you valuable, hands-on experience in the post-sales cycle of the business - fostering awesome relationships at the same time harnessing the required skills required to ensure clients goals are met. You will work closely with an experienced team allowing you to gain practical skills in communication, account and project management.
Job Description
Assist the Customer Success Manager in managing and responding to client inquiries via email, phone or chat
Monitor client satisfaction and engagement through regular follow-ups and feedback
Support the onboarding process for new clients ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate concerns where necessary
Analyse client data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement
Participate in the creation and updating of customer success resources (guides, FAQs, and tutorials)
Contribute to team meetings by sharing customer insights and suggesting improvement strategies
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask when needed
Passionate about customer service and driven by a desire to help others succeed
Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides etc)
