Overall Job Description:
Innity is a digital marketing and media solutions company with a strong foothold in the APAC market. Innity's solutions provide a combination of creative advertising, content and influencer marketing, as well as community and commerce technologies for brands, agencies, advertisers and publishers.
The Customer Success Executive will act as a primary liaison person between Sales Account Managers and other internal stakeholders within the company to ensure that digital advertising/influencer campaigns are implemented successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders within the company to ensure the digital advertising/influencers campaign meets its intended key objectives and deliverables
- Assist Account Managers in crafting responses to RFPs, proposals and contracts
- Establish a high level of rapport with current and potential clients as well as provide accurate and timely information for decision-making purposes.
- Responsible for liaising with Ad Operations department to generate performance reports on the digital advertising campaign
- Work closely with the Creative department to develop the digital artwork, if required by the client
- Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify opportunities to ensure that the objectives of the digital advertising campaign are met
- Attend meetings with clients or internal stakeholders to discuss campaign/project-related matters
- To carry out additional tasks / work as directed by management from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education.
- Advertising and Influencer management experience will be an added advantage.
- Working experience in a similar capacity in an advertising environment will give an edge
- Must have good knowledge of Internet concepts and be able to discuss them with conviction.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
