Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
To ensure customer successfully implement our systems at their company
Coordination and Provide training, coaching and support to customers to use the company's provided systems and also include training coordination
Must be able to talk in front of a group of people
Must be IT literate and easily learn new software and apps
Develop materials such as user manual, training materials, etc
Provide support and customer service for clients through email, online, phone, WhatsApp, etc
Requires high problem solving skills
Requires love to help, talk, call, chat and meet with people
May involve regular travels
Engagement with clients, understand clients business and requirements, help them to on board their company to fully implement our software, check up with clients
Maintain good relationship with them
To provide GREAT customer service and experience to customers

Requirements:
At least 5 credits in SPM
Minimum degree with CGPA
- 5 and above
Fluent in BM and English.
Fluent in other languages is a plus
Possess own transportation( or at least have a driving license )
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
Passionate in teaching people and helping people
Knowledge in accounting is a plus
Able to work in a team and also independently
Willing to work extra hours when required
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
