Job Description

  • Perform proactive functions and build positive customer relation to increase customer retention, loyalty, satisfaction.
  • Ensure the value of the products and services to customer get delivered and optimizing the applications.
  • Develop and conduct technical presentation & demostration to prospective clients engaged in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/ERP/MES application.
  • Uncover in-depth requirements from consulting with customers to find out best solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing team, develop technical contents and provide technical assistant.
  • Provide feedback and execute improvement program on new or existing customer requirements.

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's Diploma in Engineering
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
