About The Role
About the role
As a Customer Success Executive of the Sales and Customer Success Management team, you'll be front and centre for building - ground up - our best in class Customer Success Management function as we actively engage with Restaurant and Kitchen partners in South East Asia.
Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you'll work to expand klikit's footprint, establishing long-term relationships and bringing new merchants onto the platform by responding to inbound interest and executing targeted outbound campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Onboarding and Training - provide best-in-class onboarding and training to our client for a successful deployment of klikit products and services, including but not limited to B2B Operations details like building menus, doing a pre-flight check, etc.
- Customer Success and Service - deliver our customer values to drive their success with Klikit's product adoption and be the voice of our customers; capturing their feedbacks and conveying needs and issues internally across departments
- Relationship Management - you will be the face of the company to drive our relationship with the client to get the buy-ins from all the stakeholders
- Driving expansion of account - the basics include weekly check-in, executive business review and identify collaboration opportunities for other Klikit's products or services
- Documentation & Reporting - nurture and track your customer success initiatives through our project management toll / CRM, documenting feedback and identifying new opportunities to improve on best practice.
- Product Consultation - identify and flag actionable insights to our product team for the ongoing development of the klikit platform, such as aggregating client feedback, scoping out customisation requests and new feature requests, etc.
- Cross-Functional - collaborate with our other teams around the business to support klikit achieving its team goals for 2024 and beyond
Requirements What You Bring
- A Love for Customer Success - ideally with a tech or SaaS business background and 2-3 years sales experience.
- High Energy you are excited, if not electric, to be joining a company at the intersection of kitchens and the creator economy, and you're ready to contribute to the success of both. A win for us is a win for them!
