Customer Success Associate (Internships)We are seeking a dynamic and client-centric Customer Success Associate to join our team. You will help nurture young internship candidates, empowering them to effectively showcase their strengths during interviews to secure an internship offer. Your role involves gaining in-depth knowledge about our candidates, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing them for the placement process and interviews. Additionally, you will work very closely with our Partner Acquisition team to ensure that suitable internship opportunities are being lined up in a timely manner for the candidates.
This role requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for mentoring. You will be the driving force behind ensuring the successful placement of our candidates with partner companies while also providing guidance and mentorship to interns during their placement journey.
_Own the Candidate Placement Lifecycle:_ Take full responsibility for the placement process, from initial candidate onboarding to successful placement with our partner companies.- _Manage and Coordinate:_ Schedule interviews, feedback sessions, and role finalization processes between candidates and partner companies, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless placement experience.
_Conduct Due Diligence:_ Verify the suitability of potential opportunities before introducing them to candidates, ensuring high-quality matches.
- _Mentor and Guide Interns:_ Provide personalized mentorship to interns, helping them navigate their career journey, improve interview performance, and develop professional skills. Act as a consultant, offering tailored advice and support throughout their internship.
_Collaborate with Internal Teams_: Actively support and communicate with internal teams, ensuring alignment and a shared goal of providing an exceptional experience to each candidate- _Ensure Timely Placements_: Work closely with the internal team to ensure each candidate is placed with a suitable host company within the expected timeline.
_Maintain Data Integrity_: Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of all information in our CRM, updating records promptly.
- _Share Best Practices_: Identify and share best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements.
_Contribute to Process Development_: Build and update processes and handbooks within the Role Success department, ensuring our methodologies remain current and effective.- _Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently_: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, working effectively under pressure.

You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and relationship-building skills: A significant amount of day-to-day responsibilities will involve communicating with candidates, on the phone, via video calls, or email.- You have a proven ability to provide outstanding customer service: As a client-facing representative of Beyond Academy, you should exhibit confident and respectful communication with our candidates, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their commitments and fostering their cooperation throughout the placement process.
You have a good understanding of candidate development & interview excellence: You may encounter inexperienced or under-qualified candidates who need to be nurtured and guided to perform during interviews with potential host companies

Mentorship Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide individuals, with a focus on professional development.
- Communication Excellence: Highly proficient in English, with outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong Work Ethic: Exemplary organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, adaptability, and a natural inclination towards problem-solving.
