Responsibilities :
- Engage professionally with customer on their issues, inquiries and concerns via live chat/email/telephone
Resolve customer issues effectively through careful analysis of situations, identify the problem and identification of the resources required- Escalate problems accurately to relevant internal parties
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of company products/service offerings, & apply this knowledge during customer interaction
- Customize and support system requiremnet as per customer requirements
Undertake / participate in projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time- Prepare periodic logs and status report as per company requirement timely and accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
