Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Engage professionally with customer on their issues, inquiries and concerns via live chat/email/telephone
Resolve customer issues effectively through careful analysis of situations, identify the problem and identification of the resources required
  • Escalate problems accurately to relevant internal parties
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of company products/service offerings, & apply this knowledge during customer interaction
  • Customize and support system requiremnet as per customer requirements
Undertake / participate in projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time
  • Prepare periodic logs and status report as per company requirement timely and accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
