Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally through various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chats, or social media platforms.
Providing Product or Service Information: Offering accurate and detailed information about products or services to customers, including features, pricing, promotions, and technical specifications.
Assisting with Orders and Transactions: Guiding customers through the ordering process, providing assistance with product selection, processing payments, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Job Requirements
Familiar with Facebook & Tiktok will be an added advantage.
Experienced in Customer Service role.
Education qualification of SPM and above.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Can multitask, detail-oriented, and possess good problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Interested in resolving issues, answering inquiries, and handling customer complaints.
Can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team player.
Self-starter who can work independently and with minimal supervision.
Good computer skills, including multitasking and navigating various windows.
Experience in handling social media or knowledge in that field will be considered a plus.
