JOB SCOPE- Handle inbounds call/outbound calls/live chat/email enquiries
Provide effective solution for customer issue.- Follow up and respond back to user on timely manner.
To deliver excellent customer service to customer via phone or any other channels.
- To provide accurate information on products and services to customer
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.- Deliver the best service to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
- Any others and responsibilities that may be assigned from your superior from time to time for the effective implementation , maintenance and continual improvement of the Customer Service Quality Management System.
Follow required procedures and processes to resolve customer inquiries or complaints- Participate in training and development activities.
