Duties & Responsibilities:- To interact with patients, parents, and medical professionals. Provide information in response to enquiries, appointment, activities planned by the centre, concerns and requests about service.
This position entrails several aspects of tasks; customer service, guarantee letters, cleanliness , responsibilities, billing and cashier.- To ensure all therapist appointment slot is fully occupied/filled.
To inform doctors/therapists for appointment cancellation.
- Make future reservation/ appointment for regular customers on a monthly basis.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduate encourages to apply - Training will be provided.- Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa and English to liaise with customers. Other language is an advantage (Mandarin)
Good customer handling skills and complaint/difficult customer handling experience.
- Excellent communication and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time effectively.
Pleasant personality, proactive, good stress tolerance and ability to multi-task.- Knowledge of Plato systems is an advantage.
Located in Johor Bharu branch.
