Job Description

Location: WFH/Remote
  • Basic Salary : RM5500-RM8500


  • Job Description:

  • Answering incoming calls, responding to live chat inquiries, and emails from customers professionally and courteously.

  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues

  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the company's system.

  • Job Requirement:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Lao is mandatory.

  • Benefits:

    Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
