Job Description

Salary: RM2600-RM3000
  • Working days: 5 Days, 2 days off
  • Working location: KL
  • Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or worked in any phone shops, or outdoor sales person

    Job Types: Permanent, Contract

    Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
