Job Responsibility
TT Freight & Logistics is looking for a dedicated Customer Service to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, build strong client relationships, and facilitate smooth logistics processes.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information on services, rates, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve service issues.
- Manage and update customer accounts and records.
- Maintain positive client relationships and follow up on service feedback.
- Assist with customer onboarding and service improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit customer service reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
- Minimum secondary school education; diploma in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
