Job Description

  • Managing and processing all received orders from customers.

  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry (delivery order).

  • Entering data into database software (SQL) and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.

  • Answering incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner.

  • Applying proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.

  • Working effectively & efficiently with team members to accomplish organizational goals.

  • Showing alerts to superior/ leader of recurring service failure so that corrective

    actions may be taken to avoid future problems.

  • Initiating advises to customers of other services where appropriate and inform them of any irregularities in order to pre empt future problems.

  • Preparing and entering data for claims purpose from principal.

  • Any other related duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
