Position : Customer Service Professional (Immediate Hiring)
- Intake Date : 12 August 2024
- Working Location : Shah Alam (Nearby Subang Jaya LRT Station)
Working Days : Monday - Sunday (2days off - rotate)
- Working Hours : shift 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break) the call centre works 24/7
Basic Salary :
RM 2100 RM 2300 (Based on experience)- Allowances : RM 100/month (KPI) & RM 500/quarter (Team KPI) both allowance are not fixed and based on performance & attendance
To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
- Follow up with the customer on pending cases
Create report in the system
Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
- Possible to have own transportation
No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)- Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
Must be able to work on Rotating Shift : Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)
