Job Description

Position: Customer Service Support Coordinator

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Type: Extendable contract of 12 months, subject to performance.

Job Description:-

The Core Objectives:

1. Provide timely and accurate support to Mandarin-speaking customers.

2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support Grab's service standards.

Essential Experience / Criteria:

1. Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
