Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails, or chat.- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers- Upsell product and services to customer when appropriate
Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns

Have experience as a customer service- Effective communication skills are essential in understanding customer issues and providing solutions promptly
