Conducting outreach to prospective students through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Providing detailed information about our educational programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures to interested students and their families.
Assisting prospective students with the application process, including completing application forms and submitting required documents.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students and their families to understand their educational needs and preferences.
Following up with leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
Collaborating with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract prospective students.
Representing the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, and events to promote our programs and services.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions to the management team.
Translate Chinese students document to English Version.
Communicate effectively with students to address their needs
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Fluency in Mandarin and English languages is preferred.
Knowledge of the Malaysian education system and study abroad procedures is an advantage.
