Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This position requires to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and chat interactions from customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
