Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Reply inquiries Customer via ecommerce platform
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate Superior.

Job Requirements

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Fluent Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and reading skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must be able to work at Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang.
