Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To assist Manager Information System on all matters of Information, Communication and Technology related functions.
  • Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source and determine possible solutions.
  • Analyse ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) related project proposals to include identifying potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project path.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, installation and testing of applications software and computer hardware.
  • Contribute through discussions on determining of ICT services or hardware needed for Medivest Sdn Bhd.
  • Provide system level support for computer software and computer equipment used for Medivest Sdn Bhd.
  • Participate in assisting in training and workshops for Medivest Sdn Bhd.
  • Investigate recommend and install new applications and server hardware.
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
  • Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource.
  • Contribute through negotiations with vendors on purchasing ICT related software, computers and servers hardware needed by Medivest Sdn Bhd.
  • Monitor ICT vendors performance in an engaged ICT services by Medivest Sdn Bhd.
  • Investigate and analyse Local and Wide Area Network problems with Medivest Sdn Bhd.
  • Participate with ICT department staff in maintaining Medivest Sdn Bhds Windows Active Directory Server environment.
  • Maintain Medivest Sdn Bhds Lotus Domino, PBAX (Phone) System and BlackBerry Server (Smartphone)
  • Assist to secure Medivest Sdn Bhds computers, servers, WAN and LAN network.
  • To assist ICT Manager in budget preparation and sourcing any new ICT tools and application which meet business needs of Medivest Sdn Bhd.
  • To adhere and observe all the government laws and regulations, Quality Assurance Program and Companys rules and regulations.
  • To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Companys mission and key corporate values.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Science or any related fieldiiKnowledge

Possess necessary knowledge in

  • Network
  • Infra-hardware( server, firewall)
  • Infra-software
  • Apps
  • Security

Skills: Able to handle and skillful in

  • ASIS Management
  • Support system infrastructure ( SAP, Bossnet)
  • Concession Agreement

Work Experience: 2 4 years working experience
