Qualifications:- Possess a minimum of a Diploma or higher.
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Transportation.- A degree in Logistics is an added advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service Handling.
- Familiarity with transport and operation activities.
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and other related systems.
- Familiarity with the CargoWise One system is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.- Willingness to support long working hours if needed.
Must have own transport
