Vacancy : Customer Service - English Speaker
Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor.
Base Salary: RM 2000 + Night Shift allowances RM 300
Department - Inbound
Working Hours - Rotational Shift
Start Date - Batches starting on 3rd, 17th & 24th July
Fresher or Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
*Responsibilities:*
* Handling all inbound calls and live chat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints,
comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
* To exceed customers expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
* Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
* Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports.
*Requirements:*
* Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above
* Required language(s): English and/or Bahasa Melayu
Freshers are welcome
* Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged
