Responsibility
- To service customer by handling enquiries, handle appointment, check in, do agreement and etc.
- To provide marketing support to the team like posting etc.
- To update daily analysis of enquiries
- To achieves target set by the company
- To follow up with clients and provide consultation & recommendation
- To guide clients in their rental journey
- Quality control of all rooms at SEREMBAN, KAJANG, PUCHONG, KL, NILAI, BALAKONG SERDANG ETC
- Able to travel within Seremban, Selangor and KL area

- Diploma level and above
- 1+ years of experience in Customer service and Sales
- Daily posting to several online platforms FB Live
- Fluent in Bahasa and English. Mandarin is a plus
- Hardworking & resilient, able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must possess own transport and laptop
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Must have Facebook and tiktok account
