Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;



  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure efficient workflow and service quality;



  • Analyze customer feedback, identify potential problems, and develop solutions;



  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure that customer problems are resolved promptly and effectively;



  • Supervise the operation and optimization of the customer service system to improve customer service efficiency;



  • Develop and implement training plans to improve the team's professional skills and service level;



  • Manage customer service budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, marketing, management and other related majors are preferred;
  • More than 5 years of customer service experience, more than 3 years of management experience;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle customer complaints and emergencies;
  • Familiar with customer service systems and tools, with data analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Good stress resistance and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent mandarin is preferred.
