Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with customers and assist them with their inquiries and concerns.

Able to work Rotational shift.
Manage customer's queries via social media and email.
Become a product expert that help customers for best solution.
Delivery High End customer service to clients
Should be active on Social media so could understand the customer's concern.
*Requirements* :
Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting
Email & Social media support Experience.
1 to 2 years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a Tech support process is preferred.
Willing to work on shift 9am-9pm (including weekends).
5 working days, 2 days off (40 hours per week)
Willing to work 100% Work From Office, onsite in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. There is no hybrid mode possible for the position.
