Provide online support for pre-sales inquiries, order tracking, and post-sales service on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Understanding customer needs, suggesting approriate products, provide detailed information, and effectively guide customers to complete transactions.
Deeply understand and resolve customer post-sales issues, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure customers receive a high-quality service experience.
Proactively collect customer feedback, organize relevant data, report to management, and promote continuous improvement of products and services.
Job Requirements:
Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with over 6 months of experience on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, AliExpress, or Daraz.
Education and Language Skills: Diploma or higher, with fluent written and verbal English skills; proficiency in Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus.
Skill Requirements: -Skilled in multi-tasking; providing appropriate solutions to meet user needs. - Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation, a calm and optimistic demeanor, excellent communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, and patience in responding to customer questions.
Organizational and Coordination Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Shift Availability: Willingness to work in shifts (4pm to 1am / 5pm to 2am) including 1 hour meal break. two days off a week.
